Returns Policy |

COMPLIANCE |
To comply with the Returns Policy the following requirements must be met: |

1. A customer, who has purchased the item directly from OPULUS LTD., must initiate the request for return. |
2. The initiation for return must be within 60 days of the date of shipment. |
3. The eligibility for return must meet the following additional conditions: |
3.1 The product is under warranty; |
3.2 The Product is not Make-to-Order or Custom Product; |
3.3 The Product is not flagged as non-returnable; |
3.4 Products or parts with an expired shelf-life; |
3.5 Opened software products and powered PC systems; |
3.6 Any product damaged or defective due to improper use or maintenance. |

CHARGES |

Refurbishing charges may be applied, and when applicable these charges will be deducted from the credit issued to the customer. |

The customer pays return freight from the OPULUS Service Center to the designated address, if the Returned Product is due to customer’s error. |
3. |
The provisions for proper use of the product are defined within the Product Warranty Document. |
4. |
Customer may cancel orders prior to shipment without penalty, except if the product is Make-to-Order or Custom Product. |
5. |
If the Product has been already shipped, then customer will pay all shipping charges and a restocking charge of minimum of 25% of the original net sale price. |
